Are you open to the public?
Yes, we are open to the public from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm.
What is the minimum quantity for box or bag personalization?
The minimum quantity for box or bag personalization is 1,000; for any other food item, the minimum quantity varies depending on the supplier, but is around 25,000.
Do you do packaging?
At Les Emballages de la Capitale, we only sell packaging, but we don’t pack the items you bring to us.
What makes your packaging eco-friendly?
To make our products eco-friendly, the vast majority of our food products are made from cane pulp, cardboard, wood or aluminum. For the rest of our plastic products, we follow Canadian government guidelines to sell you products that are better for the environment.

Do you deliver outside Canada?
We deliver anywhere in North America. Customs charges may apply.
Can I order online and choose to collect in store?
Yes, you can order online and pick up in store. This option will be applied to your invoice payment, please select in-store pickup and items will be available for pickup 1 to 2 business days after order.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
This usually takes 1 to 3 working days. If it takes longer, we’ll send you a message to let you know.
How can I check the status of my order?
In general, you can check the status of your order via “My Orders“.

What is your returns policy?
You have 10 days after purchase to return the product(s), no returns on opened packages, plastic bags and shipping boxes. To return items, please contact us at 418-380-2755 or by e-mail at commandes@emballagescapitale.com.
